Jake T. Austin attended the first annual NICHOLAS SPARKS CELEBRITY FAMILY WEEKEND in New Bern, North Carolina, this past weekend, Friday, April 20 – Sunday, April 22. The fun filled weekend included the premiere of Nicholas’ new film, “The Lucky One,” which stars Zac Efron, as well as a celebrity golf tournament, 5k run, welcome and farewell brunch, and special dinner at the Sparks residence.

Zac Efron just got “Punk’d,” and it was hilarious! The actor thought his career was over as he was pulled over by a bunch of police officers who accused him of hitting a woman with their car. Check out the clip above to see Zac freak out over the incident. Poor Zac!

Zac Efron‘s new animated movie The Lorax hits theaters today! While promoting the movie, Zac stopped by the “Today Show” to answer some questions from reporter Matt Lauer. Zac plays a 12-year-old boy in the story and in the interview, talks about how he got the role! Check out the video above.

“Teenagers come up to me and are obnoxious about the whole thing, like, ‘Oh my God, you’re that girl! You’re that girl from the Disney Channel.’ And I’m like, ‘I was that girl,’”
