Blind ambition and bad behavior have a queen bee headed for a fiery demise unless she can pull off a high school miracle — turning a shy, unassuming wallflower into Prom Queen material, in the ABC Family two-hour original movie, “Teen Spirit,” starring Cassie Scerbo (“Make It Or Break It,” “Bring It On: In It To Win It”), Lindsey Shaw (“10 Things I Hate About You,” “Pretty Little Liars”) and Tim Gunn (upcoming “The Smurfs” feature, “Project Runway”), premiering Sunday, August 7 at 7:00PM ET/PT. The movie premieres as part of the network’s annual “Campus Crush” programming event.
Amber Pollock (Cassie Scerbo) is the queen bee of Eugene Ashley High School, and the only thing missing to her reign is the Prom Queen title. Having worked for years towards obtaining the crown and most popular girl status, Amber lets nothing and no one stand in her way. That bad behavior comes back to literally haunt her when a freak accident at Prom ends Amber’s short, nearly-perfect life and, facing an unpleasant after-life, she is given the task that could save her soul – to get the school’s least popular girl to be voted Prom Queen. Amber is sure her future is sunk when she learns her charge is none other than Lisa Sommers (Lindsey Shaw), a shy girl who makes claymation films with her three best friends and whose fashion sense is not up to Amber’s standards. As for Lisa herself, the last thing she wants is to be Prom Queen, but when Amber offers to help her get the attention of her crush, Nick (Chris Zylka), Lisa gives Amber the benefit of the doubt. Will a head-to-toe makeover and some confidence-building advice really be able to turn a shy and awkward teen into a high school social power player? Only Heaven knows!
Pretty Little Liars star Lindsey Shaw is set to be in an upcoming movie 16-Love! Lindsey will play Ally Mash in a new movie about tennis starring Chandler Massey. Check out this funny video of Lindsey and Chandler talking about the new movie and the bio below!
Ally Mash may be 16 years old, but in tennis she’s, like, 50. She puts in more hours on the court than she does off it — her world exists between the carefully painted white lines of Junior Tennis.
Farrell Gambles would rather play tennis on the Wii than in real life. But they don’t give out college scholarships for Wii tennis (at least not yet). Farrell lives in the real world. The one where some day you have to put down the remote and get a job.
As cute as he may be, Farrell barely registers on tennis champion Ally’s radar gun. He’s too slow. Too lazy. Too… unpredictable. She has tournaments to win. She’s going pro soon. She doesn’t have time to mess around with boys and their teenage friends in their teenage world.
But in a twist of fate, or rather a twist of ankle, Ally finds herself with plenty of time. Time to worry about Katina, the tennis STAR from Russia who was beating Ally when she hurt her ankle. Time to go through her hard-driving former tennis champion Dad’s rehab schedule of physical therapy and psychotherapy and aromatherapy or whatever it is he wants her to do.

Pretty Little Liars star Lindsey Shaw knows who “A” is… and she tells you EXACTLY who it is! Check out this interview with Lindsey where she dishes on the show, romance and her new haircut. Lindsey also stars in an indie flick “Devolved”… we’ll have more details on that, so stay tuned!
Devolved centers around a group of suburban high-school seniors from San Diego on a whale-watching expedition off the Baja coast of Mexico. When they become shipwrecked on a deserted island, two distinct kid cultures emerge: those who love high school and want it to continue forever, and those who want to escape from the first group as quickly as humanly possible. Caught in the middle are Flynn (Gary Entin of Lionsgate’s Seconds Apart), a charming, reserved loner, and Peggy (Lindsey Shaw), an ex-cheerleader turned outsider. Together, they must find a way to keep peace between the two camps long enough to ensure their escape from the island — and high school itself. Robert Adamson also stars in the movie.
Pretty Little Liars is all new tonight! The Sharks circling in the water are not just the Rosewood Swim Team, in “Je Suis une Amie,” an all-new episode of ABC Family’s hit original series, “Pretty Little Liars,” premiering Monday, February 7th (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT).
A crucial swim meet for the Rosewood Sharks is the setting for Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson) and Spencer (Troian Bellasario) to experience a lot of turmoil. Emily and Paige (Lindsey Shaw) go for round two, as they are pitted against each other to compete for the anchor leg of the big race. And Caleb calls in his favor with a guilty Hanna as she tries to deter Aria from asking too many questions about Ella’s ticket to the museum opening. As secrets start to be revealed and antagonists become less threatening, will this become a game changer for the girls?
Meanwhile, Spencer takes on the task of tutoring a fellow student to try and get some answers.
“A” turns up the heat when he/she tries to turn one Liar against another in “If At First You Don’t Succeed, Lie, Lie Again,” an all-new episode of ABC Family’s hit original series “Pretty Little Liars” premiering Monday, January 31st (8:00–9:00 PM ET/PT).
The girls try to resume a sense of normalcy in their lives, but even the simple tasks of dating and extra-circular activities meet with strife. Emily (Shay Mitchell) must deal with a jealous teammate (Lindsey Shaw) who is threatened by Emily’s return to the pool, as Aria (Lucy Hale) and Ezra plan their first date out in the open. And Hanna (Ashley Benson) is still stuck playing “A’s” game, but the next hurdle might just have complications for another Liar. With “A” pulling the strings and making matters worse, will the girls be able to weather the storm and lie their way out of it, or will they have to face the ugly truths?
Meanwhile, Spencer (Troian Bellisario) turns to Ali’s brother, Jason, for information about the night they believe Alison died, only to have to face part of her unpleasant past with Ali.

Check out Lindsey’s uncut interview with the magazine:
“I really do just want to make the world better… and different… Just better for the next people and the people now. We’re in a pretty bad state right now, do you know what I mean? So I think just leaving the world better than you found it. I think that’s a perfect mentality to go into it with. If we all have that intention, we can all make things so much better.”
I can honestly say I’ve never been at a loss for words in an interview until I heard Lindsey Shaw tell me what she wanted to do with her life. Shaw plays Kat Stratford, a environmentally conscience go getter, on ABC Family’s hit show “10 Things I Hate About You”. I found out she is quite like the character she plays on TV, plus she’s trying to add a little more “Lindsey” spunk to her television persona. I had the privilege to hang out with Lindsey a couple of weeks back, the night after the show’s premiere. I can honestly say I’ve never been more proud of a celebrity trying to fight for others! Did you know Lindsey wanted to not pursue acting and join the Peace Corps? I think she’s doing a fantastic job on TV and hopefully in the future, Lindsey has the opportunity to change the world like she wants!
