Nick Jonas played Link Larkin in Hairspray in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Bowl this past weekend! Nick, who got his start on Broadway, starred in the show with fellow Disney star, Corbin Bleu. The upbeat lyrics and fun beats makes it an EP that you can dance around the room too. The song “Away” is a great song that is a must for any roadtrip. It’s the kind of song that gets blasted with the windows down in the car as you leave your town and start to get away. “Won’t Say Goodbye,” has a very acoustic to feel to it in the beginning and then gradually adds more instruments to it, building up. “Take It Easy,” is a great song that focuses on a break up where he wants her back and reflects on what had happened in the past. “The Best” is a song that will make you want to move and get you motivated to go for your goals. It also tells the story of making it big and being successful. “So Cool” is about getting with the person that is cool and trying to be like them. It’s a song anyone can relate too. A great followup to their first EP Little Record.
