On Saturday, “One Tree Hill” star Stephen Colletti (you may remember him from “Laguna Beach”) headed to Sin City for a birthday celebration with his girlfriend and co-star, Chelsea Kane, at the newest hot spot on The Strip, 1 OAK at The Mirage. The birthday boy began the night with dinner at Stack Restaurant & Bar before heading over to 1 OAK.

Seated in the same VIP booth that Fergie partied at on New Year’s Eve, just behind the DJ booth, Stephen and Chelsea danced the night away with a group of their friends including “ONE TREE HILL”, Creator Mark Schwahn. Toward the end of the evening, Stephen was surprised when 1 OAK presented him with an extravagant Jean Phillippe birthday cake.
