Who knew that Disney starlet Caroline Sunshine was a singer? This triple-threat (singing, dancing AND acting) has a new music video starring her “Shake It Up” co-stars Kenton Duty & Adam Irigoyen. The song is called “Roam” and it’s a remake of the famous song by the B-52′s. Caroline’s version is featured on the DVD of the movie Treasure Buddies, which will be released next week Tuesday. Here it is! Disney’s new show “Shake It Up!” and it stars some of our favorite new actors and actresses: Bella Thorne, Caroline Sunshine, Kenton Duty, Roshon Fegan, Zendaya Coleman and Adam Irigoyen! “Shake It Up!” is about two characters, CeCe Jones (Thorne) and Raquel “Rocky” Blue (Coleman), who dream of becoming professional dancers. The two become background dancers on the most popular teen dance show “Shake It Up, Chicago,” where they dance, sing, and of course, have to endure some crazy adventures!
My favorite part about meeting Caroline Sunshine was that she absolutely lived up to her name. She’s one of the brightest and happiest girls I’ve ever met, and it’s my pleasure to introduce her to you! Caroline will be making her big screen debut in the lead role of “Barbara” in 20th Century Fox’s live action motion picture Marmaduke, which stars Owen Wilson as the voice of Marmaduke, William H, Macy, Emma Stone and George Lopez among others. The filmtells the story of a suburban family, The Winslow’s, who move to a new neighborhood and city with their large yet lovable Great Dane, who has a tendency to wreak havoc in his own oblivious way. In the movie, Caroline plays “Barbara Winslow” a fun, popular, smart, pretty teen who LOVES to text, and whose life is turned upside down with her father gets a job in Orange County, California and the family has to relocate.

Caroline also told me about a new show she has in progress, a CBS pilot “Team Spitz,” where she plays the lead role of “Lizzie.” The show is about a passionate, uncompromising high school football coach Jeff Spitz (Rob Riggle) who has just gotten fired from his last school for punching a parent in the mouth, and is now ensconced in the upscale private school Westminster Prep. Divorced, with three girls (including daughter LIZZIE, who’s a student at Westminster ), Spitz finds that his usual m.o. may not work for a group of kids whose parents regard their offspring’s’ self esteem as a fragile and tender thing.
